Your Conservative Party of Canada Candidate for Northumberland—Clarke

Prior to entering politics, Philip obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and his MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He practiced tax law before entering financial services, where he spent over ten years. He was first elected in 2019 as the Member of Parliament for Northumberland—Peterborough South. He has served in multiple roles in the Conservative Shadow Cabinet, including as Shadow Minister for National Revenue, Shadow Minister for Federal Economic Development Agency for Eastern, Central and Southern Ontario, and Shadow Minister for Transport. 

Philip and his wife Natasha live on a small farm near Orono, Ontario, where they are raising their two children, Margaret and James.
